Accepting these terms

By using the website at webdevextension.com, creating an account, installing the WebDevExtension browser extension, or joining the affiliate program, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use WebDevExtension on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Each account is for one person; tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed yours.

Using the extension

The extension lets you describe a website and have AI generate pages, layout, text, and styling that you can edit and publish. We work to keep it available and improving, which means features may change over time. Some features may be limited to certain account types or browsers, as described on the extension download page.

Your content and generated websites

You are responsible for the descriptions, text, images, and other material you provide, and for the websites you publish with the extension. Only use material you have the right to use. As between you and WebDevExtension, you keep the rights you hold in the material you provide.

About AI-generated output

Websites and text produced by AI can contain mistakes, gaps, or content that doesn’t suit your situation. Review everything before you publish it, especially prices, opening hours, legal statements, and claims about your products or services. You are responsible for making sure your published website is accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not use WebDevExtension to create or publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful; that infringes someone else’s rights; that impersonates another person or business; or that distributes malware or spam. Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website, the extension, or the systems behind them.

Affiliate program terms

These additional terms apply if you join the WebDevExtension affiliate program.

• Eligibility. You must provide accurate details when you join, and we may decline or close affiliate accounts that do not meet these terms.
• Referral tracking. Referrals are credited when someone opens a link containing your referral code and then creates an account while the referral cookie is active. Accounts you create for yourself through your own link do not count.
• Commissions. Commission rates, qualifying actions, payment thresholds, and payout schedules are provided to affiliates separately and may change with notice. No commission is owed for referrals obtained in breach of these terms.
• Disclosure. Clearly tell your audience that you may earn a commission from your recommendation, in line with the advertising rules that apply to you.
• Honest promotion. Describe WebDevExtension accurately. Do not use spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized discounts, and do not present yourself as part of our team.
• Ending participation. You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end an affiliate account that breaks these terms.

Our intellectual property

The WebDevExtension name, logo, website, and extension are owned by WebDevExtension and protected by intellectual property laws. You may refer to WebDevExtension by name when describing or recommending it, but you may not use our logo or branding in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement we have not agreed to.

Disclaimers

The website and the extension are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WebDevExtension is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or the extension. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using WebDevExtension at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or our systems at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue after an account closes, such as disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using WebDevExtension after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
